DancEvolution Company is an audition-only, elite group of dancers (Teen, Junior and Mini). Monthly tuition includes unlimited classes and additional rehearsals. There is also an option for Hip-Hop only.
Mini Company - Our youngest group of elite dancers who want to take dancing to the next level, typically ages 6-8. These dances meet 2 days per week, approximately 3-4 hours per week, and compete in 2 competitions per season. Styles they typically compete in are jazz and lyrical.
Junior Company
Junior Company - The next level of elite dancers, typically ages 9-11. These dancers meet multiple days per week and dance approximately 5-6 hours per week. They compete in 4 competitions and attend one convention per season. Styles they typically compete in are jazz, lyrical, and hip hop.
Teen Company
Teen Company - Our teen elite dancers, typically ages 12-14. These dancers meet multiple days of the week for approximately 5-8 hours per week. They compete in 4 competitions and one convention per season. Styles they typically compete in are jazz, lyrical, hip hop, ballet, and ballroom. Hip hop dancers also perform at the NAU football and basketball half times each season and the Pre-game Primetime show for the Phoenix Suns.
Senior Company
Senior Company - Our oldest group of elite dancers, typically ages 15-18. These dancers meet multiple days of the week for approximately 6-10 hours per week. They compete in 4 competitions and one convention per season. Styles they typically compete in are jazz, lyrical, hip hop, ballet, pointe, contemporary, and ballroom. Hip hop dancers also perform at the NAU football and basketball half times each season and the Pre-game Primetime show for the Phoenix Suns.
Junior & Teen Pre-Company
This specialized group of dancers is to prepare your dancer for our full-time Company. These dancers typically meet for 2-3 days per week and dance approximately 3-5 hours per week. They will compete in 2 competitions in the Spring of each season in jazz.
Special Events
All of our company dancers are also invited to attend special Summer events from time to time. In the past we have travelled to Anaheim to dance in Disney's Main Street Parade and gone to New York City to dance on Liberty Island in front of the Statue of Liberty. We hope to continue to offer these unique experiences for our Company dancers and other unique trips which may include the Hawaiian Islands and/or specialty cruises, including additional trips to Disney and New York in the future.
