How do I sign my child up for classes? 

Create an account through the Parent Portal and register your dancer for a class. Registration for Fall classes is currently closed. Registration will open in December for Spring classes.

WHAT IS THE PARENT PORTAL? 

This is such a great feature for our studio!  We use the Parent Portal for making payments, enrolling in classes, sharing files for at-home practice, and so much more. Just create a login to get started!

How much is tuition?

Tuition is based on the classes that your dancers has enrolled in.  Please refer to the Classes Page or Parent Portal for this information.

How do I Pay?

There are 3 options for payment.

  1. You can login to your Parent Portal and set-up and autopay credit/debit card or checking account. This will be charged monthly around the 1st of the month (transaction fees apply).

  2. You can login to you Parent Portal account and manually run a payment with credit/debit card or checking account (transaction fees apply).

  3. You can drop off cash or check at the studio with your dancer. Please put the payment in an envelope with the dancer(s) name(s) on it. Your dancer can give it to their teacher or you can place the payment in the mailbox behind the front desk.

What If my dancer misses a class?

Your dancer can attend another class given that week. Please click on the link below for Make-Up Class recommendations.

What is the best way to contact DancEvolution if my dancer is sick or if we will be out of town? 

You can submit an absence through the Parent Portal! From the home page click the “More” menu, then “Attendance” then the “Report Absence” button.

There are only 3 weeks in this month, do I still have to pay full tuition for this month?

Yes, DancEvolution’s tuition is based on the number of weeks per semester, not per month.

in which level should I enroll my dancer?

Read the class descriptions on our classes page and enroll for the class that best fits your dancer. If you are new to DancEvolution, but your dancer has previous dance experience, please attend a Level 1 class and Miss Jesica can determine which class your dancer should move to.

When will my dancer advance to the next level?

A dancer is moved to the next level at the end of each season, once they have completed their level requirements. Visit our class descriptions to learn more about what level has to offer.

How can my dancer practice at home?

Go to the Parent Portal, sign in,  and select “Shared Files.”  Each enrolled dancers will have links to your child's dances so they can practice at home with videos or just to learn the music by itself!  We love it when our dancers practices at home!

How do I order DancEvolution merchandise? 

Go to Parent Portal, sign in, select home, look for the icon “Online Store” select.  Select “Merchandise,” select size, add to cart and checkout.

How do I view my dancer’s report card?

To access your dancer's Report Card, log into the Parent Portal, click on "Account” then “Students" or "Manage Students” then click on "Report Card". Gray circles mean the skill hasn't been passed off.

Lost & Found

If any item is found in either studio, it will be placed in the lost and found. You can locate these items in the snack room of the brick building in the bottom cabinet near the front door. It is labeled. All items are removed twice a year at the end of each semester (December and June) and donated if not claimed.
